* Generally Jewellery orders are shipped within 2 days but orders can take up to 10 business days to be shipped.

* Cards are shipped within 2 business days.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

In the unlikely event your piece is in any way damaged or faulty please contact me within fourteen days of the parcel being delivered and I will organise a repair. Oceanhaze Jewellery is happy to refund or exchange a purchase within 14 days from purchase.

CARE OF JEWELLERY

Abrasive products including cleaning products may damage your jewellery. Use luke-warm soapy water and a soft tooth brush if needed and then rinse the piece of jewellery with warm to cool water. A polishing cloth can be used on polished pieces of jewellery. For mat surfaces and oxidised surfaces (white or blackened) use luke-warm soapy water to clean jewellery. Resurfacing of most pieces of jewellery is offered as a repair (please email me for a quote).

Change in the colour of the metal over time is a natural process. Resurfacing or re-polishing is offered as a repair. Please contact me for a quote.
